What a roaring success our ‘Quick & Easy Entertaining’ evening was, made possible by The Cooking Experience proprietor, Mark David who delivered an engaging and informative class to twenty or so lovely food and Aga fans who helped to make the evening so enjoyable.
Utilising every part of the iconic Aga range oven, Mark cooked a wide variety of dishes within an hour including drop scones and cheese toasties directly on the hot plate, and home-made bread, roasted chicken and a French fish pie, in the various ovens whilst giving tips and advice on getting the best out of your Aga.
A relaxed atmosphere with fabulous food and a great crowd, we cannot wait for the ‘Fish Extravaganza’ next month, April 25th. Call to book your place.
