A Bespoke Media Wall for A Coastal Home

When we were asked to design some fitted furniture for a media wall at a former client’s new home, we were more than happy to say yes.

There were a few different rooms to work on, but the brief for the sitting room was clear to create a focal piece that could house the television and showcase their growing collection of vintage mantle vases.

The result is a full-height, made-to-measure media wall. One end is a painted, glazed cabinet with closed storage below to keep things dust-free and tidy. The rest is crafted from light oak, with base cupboards and open shelving that runs from floor to ceiling.

It’s a big piece, but the scale suits the space. A large, light-filled room with plenty of seating and space to entertain.
