The Utility | From cow shed to utility room.

What was once an old cow shed is now a utility room with so much character. The cabinetry, painted in a rich China Blue, is completely bespoke, with a tall double cupboard to store everything from linen to housekeeping goods. Handmade solid oak worktops by Baker & Baker brings a homely rustic feel.

A classic butler sink sits beneath traditional brass bibcock taps, matched with brass knob handles. Every detail has been chosen with care, creating a space that works hard and looks the part. A quiet nod to the building’s heritage.
