In our world of speed and automation, there is something quite special about a kitchen individually made by hand.

HandMade kitchens & Furniture

Our Process

At our Stambourne workshops, every Baker & Baker kitchen begins as a well thought out design and some carefully chosen timber. From there, our team of highly accomplished makers shape, join and finish each piece with care and precision, the way furniture should be made.

Nothing leaves the workshop until it’s exactly right.

Every joint fits perfectly, every surface is smoothed by hand, and every detail is considered. It’s a process that takes time but it’s time we believe is well spent.

For me, true craftmanship is about integrity – doing things properly, without compromise. Beautiful furniture made by people who love what they do, and take pride in doing it well.
